Shipping policy

Standard shipping £4.95 - £9.95 (weight dependent).

For both collection and delivery options, dispatch is approximately 5 days so please allow for this time prior to delivery (usually around 2-4 days).

We do aim to fulfil orders quicker than this, however during busy periods this may be the timescale due to orders being hand poured.

Courier Disputes

If your parcel is not received within 14 days of your order being marked as 'Dispatched', please contact hello@littlewhitecandle.co.uk and provide your order number. If the parcel is marked as 'In Transit', 'At Depot' or 'Out For Delivery', and not been marked as 'Delivered' by the courier, Little White Candle will raise a complaint and offer a resolution.

Please note that at this stage, the dispute is with the Courier company themselves who are in possession of the parcel, however Little White Candle will endeavour to resolve this amicably and as quickly as possible.

If the parcel is marked as 'Delivered' by our courier, it is the responsibility of the customer to raise a dispute with the courier company directly to resolve the issue.
